Virtual Business Services bills for services either monthly or upon project completion, depending on the project type (i.e., one-time service versus ongoing).

For all web design and development, the following practice is now standard:

• A $100 deposit is required prior to commencement of the project.
  
  
• Our Credit Card Authorization form must be completed prior to the start of any work regardless of payment structure or method. Credit cards will be charged only if the final invoice is not paid within 30 days of the billing date, or unless other payment arrangements have not been made.

For all other work not requiring a deposit or completion of the CCA form, all billing will incur a 10% fee for every subsequent invoice dispatched 30 days after the initial billing date.

If you wish to pay via credit card, PayPal makes it possible, whether or not you are a PayPal member.
